The Adult Program

What You Need to Know

The Game Plan

(These actions ensure that you experience changes sooner than later.)

  • Commit to 20-30 minutes daily to do the lower brain work as you’re also listening to audios or watching videos to learn about the brain and nervous system. There’s some flexibility, such as missing days due to illness or travel or needing to do shorter sessions at times. (See FAQ to learn more on why it’s in your best interest to do the program in a committed way.)

  • Set aside another approximately 5-10 minutes (Saturday-Thursday) to review additional support or bonus materials.

  • Do the program in order, starting with Week 1.

  • Decide when you will do Brain Highways each day. If needed, divide the daily commitment into two separate sessions.

  • Follow the steps presented on each day of the course.

The Realities

(It’s a challenge to make reality statements sound cheery, so please know that we’re way nicer than how any of this might come across.)

  • Since we don’t offer refunds, you need to be sure that you understand what this course does and does not offer, such as there is a wealth of specific guidance for doing the program on your own within the weekly materials—but there is no additional email, Zoom, or phone call support.

  • While class facilitators always offer creative modifications if “life” suddenly interferes with your participation, we do offer a one-time credit for those unexpected extenuating circumstances where that may not be possible.

  • Since Brain Highways is not a medical program, there is unfortunately no way for medical insurance or flex plans to pay for this course.

  • While we always appreciate enthusiasm when learning something new, you can’t share program materials with those outside of your family, such as forwarding links or duplicating materials or trying to teach parts of the program to others.

  • If you have any doubt as to whether a pre-existing physical condition might interfere with doing the lower brain movements, consult with your medical professional before enrolling.  (See FAQ # to learn what those movements entail.)

  • In a world where who’s liable is sometimes ambiguous, we want to clarify here that you assume full responsibility and all liability for whatever you choose to do related to your participation in the Adult Program.

The Best Part

  • Your brain and nervous system truly change  . . . and life is easier!
