- Brain Highways facilitators reserve the right to dismiss a parent and child from the program if such participants do not attend classes regularly, do not honor established policies, or do not stay current with the weekly At-Home component. In such cases, participants first receive written notice. If improvement is not immediately noted, the parent and child's participation ends. Any remaining balance is due at the time of dismissal. If the class fee has already been paid in its entirety, there is no reimbursement of payment.
- Parents make other prior arrangements for siblings during class time; only the enrolled parent(s) and child are allowed in the Center when classes are in session. This policy also applies to Drop-in sessions.
- Participants pay for the 8-week session in two payments and agree to pay the second payment regardless whether they continue to attend classes.

In case of absences, participants email or call the lead instructor of the class. Only family emergencies and illnesses are considered excused absences.
