The Brain Highways Adult Programs

Why an adult class? Well, it’s never too late to organize the brain. In a fun, informative 8-week course, participants learn how to rewire their brain so that life, in general, becomes a whole lot easier.

In short, the adult class is for anyone who suspects he or she is compensating for underdeveloped lower centers of the brain and/or wants to . . .

achieve a higher level of brain integration

increase work productivity
-
keep essential brain-processing skills in “maximum shape” to avoid problems often associated with aging (e.g. memory loss, falling)

rewire the brain to replace unproductive thoughts with positive, productive ones
Anyone 18 and older can participate (though we sometimes allow teens who are 16 and 17 to also participate).
